Brew day 12/6/18. 90-minute mash at 152F. Collected just under 5 gallons for the kettle. Acidulated addition was to adjust for my high-pH tap water. Made a 1-liter starter for the London Fog yeast. Batch sparged (1st runnings only). Plan to dry hop multiple times with Cryo Citra, Azacca, Galaxy, Cashmere, Medusa, and Sabro. Did a 10-minute hop stand (with the 2.5 oz addition at 0 minute). Netted just under 4 gallons. OG was 1.059 (my efficiency was horrible because I had a stuck mash, plus the batch sparging ... and I'm still trying to dial in some new equipment and processes).
