Great smooth sweet chocolate milk stout that I am currently playing around with adding various adjuncts to. Best success so far was 4oz lightly toasted coconut per 1 gallon fermenter for 2 weeks after primary fermentation. I did add 0.5oz vanilla extract to each gallon as well but was unable to taste it, need to try vanilla beans, probably 2 per gallon, I like to taste my ingredients! Cocoa Nibs are added to fermenter after primary fermentation, Lactose is added at 10 minutes boil.
