11/15 - racked to secondary, two by 1 gallon fermenters. One fermentor with 0.5oz of apple crisp and 1 cup of pomegranate juice. The other fermentor just 0.5oz of apple crisp. The sample is interesting as it has elements of cider but smells more like a beer.
