mash at degrees for 1 hr

bring to a boil and add DME

Boil for 50 mins

Add tea at 50 min mark and boil for additional 10 mins

cool and add to fermenter.

Add yeast and ferment for 2 weeks
7.
Transfer to secondary fermentor
8.
Add mango puree yeast
9.
ferment for 1 week
10.
Keg and carbonate
