Special Instructions

  1. Mash at 68c for 60 Minutes.
  2. Ferment at 18c.
  3. After 7 days dry hop.
  4. Keg and carbonate at 10psi at 5c for 7 - 10 days to mature
  5. Drink
  6. Make a 4ltr starter with the yeast and
  7. After a further 7 days raise temperature 1c per day until 22c.
  8. After a total of 21 days of fernetation check FG is within 1.008 and 1.012.
