Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep grain for 20 min or until 170deg
2.
Bring to boil and add malt extract off burner
3.
Return to boil then add hops as instructed
4.
After boil is complete top off kettle to 5 gallons with clean cold water
5.
Bring wort to proper yeast pitching temp..transfer to fermenter & pitch yeast.
6.
Ferment for 2 weeks ..secondary for 2 weeks
