Changes from original recipe: 1. Boil time reduced to 40 minutes (instead of 80 or 60) 2a. Hops reduced total amount to 100g each (instead of 160g each) 2b. Hops in boil, reduced amount to 20g each (instead of 40) 2c. Hops in boil increased time to 30 min instead of 20 2d. Hops in whirpool/flame out reduced amount 3. Amount of Pale Ale increased to 6kg (instead of 5) 4. Amount of Biscuit malt increased to 0,3kg (instead of 0,24) 5. Yeast changed to Mangrove Jacks M44 (instead of US-05) 6. The ”dry hops” is put in a ”hop filter bag” with weights. (Original recipe don’t have any dry hop) 7. Put in hop-tea together with sugar syrup before bottling Steps: 1. Heat 22 l water to 67 C and mash for 60 min 2. Mash out at 77 C for 10 min 3. Sparge with 12 liters of 78 C water. Heat to 105 C while sparging 4. Boil 40 min, put in hops acc to Schedule 5. When 15 min left. Put in Irish Moss and Yeast nutritient. 6. Put in the zeroes and start chilling. 7. When 40 C, start racking to sanitized bucket and continue chilling meanwhile 5. Put in dry yeast when below 37 C 6. Close lid and oxygenize by shaking/rotating bucket 7. Put bucket in room temp 20 C and ferment until finished (7-10 days) 8. 5 days before bottling, put in dry hops 9. Cold crash over night before bottling day 10. Rack it, and add 5,1 g of sugar per litre (syrup) 11. Bottle and put in 20 C for 14 days
