BIAB so no sparge, full volume mash*kettle insulation did very well, lost about 5 degrees, maybe...probably more like 2 or 3 degrees.Mashed in at 7:42am, Fermentation chamber by 2:45- stirred at 20min: Temp: 148.5, pH: 5.5. and 40min: Temp: 147, pH: 5.4. - Conversion test looks good!10 min Mash Out Start at 8:40am: brought wort to 165 - 170ish for 10 min. Took 8 min to get to 152, decided to pull bag.- REMEMBER TO TAKE INSULATION OFF KETTLE BEFORE FIRING UP BURNER!!Pulled grain bag @ 8:54 ...
