Brew Session: Capitol City Cream Ale - Rocky Top Homebrew

First time ever brewing, grains where steeped for 45 minutes at 150-160 f, wort was boiled at 220 degrees for 60 minutes added DME and bitter hopes at beginning of boil and aroma hops at 15 minutes with Irish moss. Fermenting began with-in a day and still bubbling 4 days later. We have had temperatures down in the 30 F but room temp has been maintained between 66-75 F throughout the process.
