Special Instructions

1.
Steep munich malt in 5 lit of water @ 71 degrees C for 30 mins.
2.
Bring to boil and add DME.
3.
Boil for 60 mins and add hops acc to schedule.
4.
Strain into fermentor, top up w cold water and pitch yeast @ 22 degrees C.
5.
Dry hop when transferring to secondary after approx 5 days.
