Special Instructions

1.
Sparge for wort and bring to boil for 15 mins chill to approx 85 deg then rack to keg.
2.
Add 7 or 8 lacto pills to keg close up and purge with co2.
3.
after 5 days taste for sourness if good then rack to kettle and boil for 15 minutes.
