Notes:

24 Feb 2018, Tried one of the Grolsch bottles and it was much better than the long neck I tries on the 22 Feb. The Grolsch bottle had a very nice (dense) head that stuck to the sides of the glass and a mild hoppy aroma. The flavor is an average amber flavor that is mellow at first and then has a mild hoppy finish. For a partial mash/extract recipe it has decent fullness but lacks any special character. Overall, it is a good amber ale with enough flavor to make it worth drinking, but its not going to win any medals.

Original gravity 1.052 and final Gravity on 24 Feb 2018: 1.010. 5.51% alcohol at 80% Apparent Attenuation.
