Add 1/2 the Warrior @ 60 minutes continuing to add a little at a time until @ 35 minutes

@ 35 minutes mix Amarillo and Simcoe adding a little at a time through flameout

Leave a few Amarillo and Simcoe for flameout addition
4.
Pitch 7 grams of yeast

*One entire pack of Wyeast 1056 or WLP001 may be used in place of Safale S-04
6.
Ferment = 18 days
7.
Prime with 2.5 oz corn sugar
8.
Bottle condition = 3 weeks
