Overshot the temperature in HLT. Note for next time: pay attention to this. It takes forever to wait for the water to cool back down. Hit strike temp of 154. OG was 8 points higher which equates to 80% efficiency... Chilled to 90F (I need to find a solution to this; prechiller?).2/5/18 AM: Temp at 62F. Shook both fermenters for a couple minutes and pitched 1L 1968 starter into each.2/5/18 PM: Temp at 64F. Fermentation activity increasing2/8/18 AM: Temp at 65F. Still waiting...2/12/18 ...
