28 Jan 18 racked to secondary (SG = 1.006; 6 brix) on top of pureed mangoes (8lbs or 9 mangoes). Taste and color are good. SRM may be a little darker than suggested here. 03 Feb dry hopped 1 oz Amarillo hops. FG = 6.5 brix (1.009). ABV = 5.74 (target ABV was 5.9; close!)Sample tastes is good! Needed more hops. 5 Feb cold crashed9 Feb 18 added gelatin10 Feb bottled22 Feb brew is carbed, dropped the temp on the fridge to 38f (3.3c)
