Special Instructions

After boil, chill to approx 50degrees

Pitch Yeast

Primary ferment for 3 weeks in cool temp about 50 degrees

after 3 weeks raise temp to 65 degrees for 3 days

Slowly lower the temp and ferment in fridge for about 2weeks
6.
dry hop - then continue to ferment in fridge for 1 more week
7.
Then bottle.
