Added a little extra base malt. Added some leftover williammette hops as wellSG at 60min 1.041. Mashed longer and did mash out to get to 1.048. The mill at mylhbs is not very good compared to Columbia. OG 1.054, 3.25G in fermenter. Very little left in kettle, mostly hop debrisHydrated yeast at 86F. Pitched it at 78F into 70F wort. Set brewjacket to 67F. First brewjacket brew. 11/22 no activity in blowoff tube and very little kreusen visible. Checked at 7pm and it was bubbling away. 11/23 11am ...
