sparge water at 180 to get grain to about 167 (not to exceed 170)7 gal into boil pot (think I used too much water adjusting temp - lowered the OG.)1.050 at 80 degrees, using 60 degree cal hydrometer = 1.052 corrected OG running late to work so had to pitch early - approx avg temp of 82 F1.021 gravity reading on 9/91.020 on 9/11Racked to keg on 9/11
