Special Instructions

Mash in at 146-148 degrees and gradually raise to 150 degrees. 1 hour mash.

Sparge slowly for about 1 hour.

    I am trying to get a drier beer. We consistently get 1.009 to 1.011 FG but still have more residual sweetness than we would like.
