Special Instructions

1.
Using RO or distilled water.
2.
4 gallons strike water. 5 gallons sparge water.
3.
Mash at 152F for 1 hour - add beer dust to mash
4.
Mash out at 170F
5.
Bring to boil following hop schedule
6.
Add Irish moss to last 15 min of boil
7.
chill wort to approx 68F.
8.
Transfer to primary fermenter
9.
Pitch Yeast
10.
ferment 7-10 days until fermentation is complete
11.
Transfer to secondary fermenter
12.
Add 1oz Cryo Citra hops.
13.
let rest for 7-10 days. Then keg or bottle.
