Notes:

Appearance: pours a modest head that in this example is a finger thick and holding on okay. Others have poured a little nicer and fluffier. Hazy. Golden with orange hues. Aroma: pineapple right off the bat. Orange. Peach. Vanilla. Aromatics of the hop trio seem to blend seemlessly. There's a lot here that's hard to put a finger on. White wine/grape? Tropical fruit. Guava? Pleasant, minerally chalk. Taste: juicy af. Clean. Orange julius notes give way to a nice, long mineral finish. The gypsum and calcium chloride dance on the palette in a really nice way. Mouthfeel: couldn't tell you. So delicious I drank it all ready. Will get another one cold.
