Special Instructions

1.
Heat 7.5 gallons of water to 159F. Mash with BIAB 1 to 1-1/4 hours.
2.
Iodine check of conversion. Drain BIAB.
3.
Boil 60 minutes. At 15 min remaining, insert chiller, add Irish Moss; yeast nutrient.
4.
At 5 min remaining, add Ginger Root and Tangerine Peel.
5.
At secondary, add remaing Ginger Root and Tangerine Peel.
