2 gal batch. Mashed started at 161 to keep in range longer. Added an extra 10 mins to hold at 154. I did let cool overnight in fermentor and didn't cool rapidly. Pitched yeast about 8hrs later. Also didn't have EKG, but was using Fuggles, and didn't have enough of that either. Used Fuggles and Tett.
