Mash Steps

No mash steps in this recipe

Special Instructions

1.
Mash 145-148 degrees 60 minutes, increase to 155 10 minutes and sparge.
2.
Ferment 62 degrees for 10 days.
3.
After fermentation, add first two dry hops to a weighted bag, steep 3 days.
4.
Remove first dry hops, add second dry hops to weighted bag and steep 4 days and package.
