Special Instructions
1.Bring 4 gallons of water to 165° and steep grains in a muslin bag for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove grains and bring to a boil.
2.Remove from heat and add Pilsen LME, Pilsen DME, and Wheat DME. Return to Heat and bring to a rolling boil. Once boiling add 1oz Kent Goldings Hops. Boil for 60 minutes.
3.10 minutes before the end of the boil add Irish Moss, .25 oz Styrian Celia and .25 oz Saaz hops.
4.2 Minutes prior to end of boil add .75 oz Stryian Celia and .75 oz Saaz hops.
5.Remove from heat, cool wort, strain hops/moss while transfering to primary fermenter.
