Special Instructions
1.3 gallons to boil (add water as evaporates during boil)
2.Add gypsum
3.Take off heat and add 3lbs of malt extract
4.Bring back to boil and add Columbus hops
5.After 60 mins. remove from heat and add remaining extract
6.Create whirlpool and add finishing hops
7.Pour over 2 gallons of frozen distilled water in 6 gallon bucket
8.Fill carboy with remaining cold distilled water
9.Take original gravity reading
10.Pitch yeast at 70 degrees and shake/rock carboy for 10 mins.
11.Shake/rock carboy again sometime during next 12-16 hours
12.Add Columbus and Citra hops on day 11 and Dry Hop for 3 days
13.Day 14 transfer to keg to rest for 5-7 days before carbonating
