Notes:

Brew day went very well. Still young, has once again developed that homebrew flavor. Hops and Malt seem to play backseat to this elusive flavor. Fermentation started sluggish, but left this to go for an 8th day. Fermentation temp may have been a touch too cold. Next time I may go with the same recipe + a few degrees on the mash and use the fridge for fermentation.
