Wanted a Blonde ale around 1.050 SG, but hit higher efficiency than expected. THis will be a strong cream ale instead.Yeast starter with 3 month old notty 3rd use (not washed). Started right away.1st running 1.084 3 gals collected2nd 1.03313rd 1.0202nd of fly sparge 1.014 7.25 gallons collected6.5 gallons post boil in kettle, yeast added around 10 pm.fermentation started next AM (Sunday) with no delay.
