Special Instructions
1.Single infusion mash at 150F, using 9 qt water for 60 min.
2.Batch sparge at 170F, using 6 qt water for 15 min.
3.Collect 3.5 gal wort for a 60 min. boil. Add grain bag drippings to make 14 qt.
4.Chill wort, pitch yeast starter, and ferment at 60-65F for one week, then transfer to secondary for two weeks.
