40 L mash water heated to 65 C, malt added, temperature dropped to 60. Took 15 minutes to reach 65. Mashed 90 minutes.Lost one phase of electricity suddenly (230 to 100 V), getting to boil really slow. Water pump died so sparging water had to be melted from snow (!). Lost a lot of water through evaporation, ended up getting 48.5 litres of wort instead of 50 that was anticipated, pre-boil volume about 59...60 litres and 2 litres of water were added during boiling.Yeast added the following ...
