Special Instructions
1.Instead of flameout, cool wort to 80C, add hops and rest at 80C for 30 mins. Continue to cool as usual.
2.Pitch and ferment at 19C for 4 days.
3.Dry hop, and increase temp to 21C for 10 days.
4.This beer is very susceptible to oxidation. Bottle directly from fermenter. Use one carbonation drops per bottle instead of syrup to avoid oxidation.
