Ferment at 65*

Heat Cherry Juice Cherries to 160 prior to adding to secondary vessel.

Also add 1/4 oz toasted Oak cubes (or chips) soaked in pinot grigio in secondary

Notes:

Taste and nose is slight tart cherry. Has a faint pink color in the head and slight cloudiness. Tastes great. Overall I'd give this a 4.4. It came out slightly sweet and thicker. Definately do this one again with and shoot for lower gravity. Verry happy with this brew.
