2 weeks after brew, I think its exactly what I was hoping for. Reminds me and steph of orange juice, although she says has funky aftertaste. Look forward to New Years comments from Reid, Chris, and Chris.

Tasted "buttery" at about the 2 1/2 week mark. Came back to really tasty at about 4-5 weeks. Steph still didn't care for it.
