Little low on Post-Boil Gravity. I think I used just a little too much sparge water in the batch sparge. Need to fine tune the water volumes. Forgot the Whirlfloc tablet and yeast nutrient during the boil. Oops! Wyeast 2124-Bohemian Lager:Flocculation: Medium-lowAttenuation: 73-77%Temperature Range: 45-68F, 8-22CAlcohol Tolerance: 9% ABV
