Special Instructions

1.
Chop and dry roast 4lbs of small pumkins - not carving kind
2.
Mash 2.5 hours. Grain in @ 55C for 1/2 hour

Then 45mins @ 60C then up to 66C for 1.5 hrs
4.
2lb of pumpkin added for last hour of mash.
5.
Temp up to 77C run off then sparge with water at same temp.
6.
First hops in at boiling
7.
2lbs pumpkin in after 30 mins
8.
Irish Moss and syrup in last 10 mins
9.
Chilled to 20C SG1.044
10.
48hrs later SG1.030
11.
7 days later SG1.10
12.
Bottled 13 days later SG 1.08
