Special Instructions

Mash 5.5 Gallon. Sparge 4.8 (use sparge calc) gallon water over second runnings. Boil Size 7 Gallon. Yield 5.5 gallon batch

Steep grains at 152 for 60 min

If/When second running mash(no sparge method), rinse with 185 degree water through strainer
4.
Boil Wort for 60 minutes
5.
Add corn sugar with 20 minutes left in boil
6.
Add flame out hops at 180 degrees. Let Steep for 15 min / Whirlpool. Then chill down to 70
