S.G. Measured at 1.060. Pitched 5 grams of (mostly) re-hydrated Cote Des Blancs yeast at 64 F. Left overnight and saw some carbonation and yeast rafts the next day -- still at 64 F.
Tastes pretty good, although if I had it to do again I'd probably just use one of the Knudsen's tart juices, instead of two. Might also up the tea bags to 7 just to see what that gives me.
Used up all of my yeast nutrient -- remember to buy more.
Recipe is:
3.5 gallons Mott's Apple Juice plus (somewhere around 3.5 - enough to get to 5 gallons in the carboy)
32 oz Knudsen's Pear Juice
32 oz Knudsen's Pomegranate Juice
32 oz Knudsen's Blueberry Juice
5 cans Old Orchard Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate
5 tea bags boiled in 2 cups of water
5 teaspoons Wyeast Yeast Nutrient
