Special Instructions

1.
Use water treated with negative osmosis, to reduce mineral levels
2.
Use decoction mashing: remove 1/3 of mash and heat/boil in separate vessel for 20 min.
3.
Add to main wort, raising temperature to 65 C
4.
Boil wort for 90 min.
5.
Min. 2 ltr. Yeast starter. OG: 1.040
6.
Pure oxygen for 1 min. before yeast pitching
7.
18-21 days at 11 C. 3 days at 20 C.
