Special Instructions

1.
Sparge: heat 3.5 gal to 165 degrees, add to mash slowly, stir, let sit for 15 min
2.
After 1hr mash, Vorlauf
3.
Pitch yeast into 46 degree wort, let temp rise slowly to 50 degrees, hold for 10 days
4.
Raise temp to 60 degrees, hold until FG is achieved
5.
Rack to secondary and lager @ 35 degrees for 6 weeks before bottling or kegging
