Brewing in honor of Christian. Did make one slight change to the hop addition. Brought the primary addition down to 45 min vs 60 min to get the IBU's in line with our target. Other than that I resisted the urge to add some leftover grains that I had laying around.Well, the hop bag didn't work. I guess the mesh was too large.
