Special Instructions
1.Single infusion mash at 150 F for 60 minutes.
2.Boil for minutes
3.Combine all of your kettle hops into 1 bowl, wigh out .2oz (5.6g) of hop mixture and add to boil every 5 minutes for duration of boil.
4.Ferment At 72 F
5.Rack into secondary and add dry hops for 1 week.
