Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Heat 3 gals of water to 165 F. Remove from heat and soak crushed CaraAroma grain in a muslin bag for 30 mins.
2.
Remove grains, bring water to a boil and stir in DME until dissolved.
3.
Bring to boil, add hops on the above schedule.
4.
Add Whirlfloc tablet with 15 mins remaining on boil
5.
After flameout remove from heat and cool as quickly as possible. Add cool water up to 5 gals in fermenter.
6.
Two weeks primary, one week secondary with Nugget hops.
