Pre boil gravity 12.4 Brix.Post boil gravity 17.4 Brix.Mistake: Extended boil time to 70 minutes. (I forgot to add the 2# of candy sugar with 10 min left on the boil so i added it at the end of 60 minutes and and continued to boil for an additional 10 minutes, total boil time of 70 minutes.Fermenting at 75F (Unable to get fermentation temp down to stated range of 64F - 72F).
