Experimental all Vienna IPA, with some flaked oats to enhance the mouthfeel of the finished beer. Also using Wyeast 1728 which should ferment to a lower FG and remove some of the sweetness of the Vienna. 1 BIG late hop addition!
One of the best beers i've ever made! went down a storm at my daughters birthday party, for a beer of this strength it is so drinkable, blend of hops was perfect. 1728 yeast took all the sweetness out of the Vienna and Oatmeal, experiment was a big success! The single 5 minute hop addition was also perfect, as was the amount of hops and dry hopping! Nothing i can really fault in this beer.
