Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Heat 3 gallons water to 162F. Mash for 60 minutes (~150F). Batch sparge with 3-4 gallons water at 170-175F.
2.
Boil 60 minutes; make scheduled hop additions. Add 1 tsp irish moss for 10 minutes.
3.
Cool to 70F, transfer to fermenter, pitch yeast.
4.
Ferment at 65F for one week and transfer to secondary for 2-4 wks.
5.
Dry hop with 2 oz Willamette for final 5 days.
6.
Transfer to bottling bucket. Bottle or keg as desired and condition accordingly.
