Probably didnt get the most out of sparging this brew unfortunately as there was a vast difference in OG pre sparge and then in OG pre boil . OG actually came out at 1.05. Mashed at 67C. Got a really nice aroma and very easy drinking beer. Used hot racking method to cool which worked fine as we are yet to install our counter flow chiller.
