1.Mash @ 151-152 according to recipe... Though lower might be necessary. Probably want to consider a 90 minute rest.
2.Dry hop w/ 1 oz. each of Columbus, Centennial, and Simcoe for 12-14 days. Then, with 5 days left to go, dry hop with 1 oz. more of the same 3 hops (each).
