Notes:
Really liked the fresh nelson hops. Tasted good at the peak 10 weeks, used ale malt, and not pale ale malt, so was very golden and good malt level. Fresh hops made it really unique. I did not dry hop because it was the fresh hop was enough. Will use less fresh hops next year. Fresh hops absorbed so much wort. The batch was supposed to be bigger, and I had to add water at the end because the S.G. went to 80+! Difficult to deal with, what a big mess of flowers in the boil kettle holding all that precious wort. I tried to squeeze it down to no avail.
