Notes:
This beer looks brown but tastes black. The Carafa III gives it a nice roasted taste and the 7 day drop hop using the 2 oz of Cascade balances the beer wonderfully. To make the beer black, I would change the recipe so that there is 1lb of Carafa III and 0.50lb of Caramel 60.
