Steep grains at 155F for 40 min. S.G. = 1.016 after steeping.Removed and saved some wort from kettle before adding extract for volume (pushing kettle limit). Added wort back in after boil evaporation (~10 min left in boil).Pitched yeast ~1630.Pitched yeast too warm (~80F). -Forgot to let beer cool down after adding distilled water for top off. Cooled to 68F by 1945. Bubbles witnessed soon after, fermentation begins!**First fermentation done with new heater belt & temp controller. ...
